Service Description

> We all will have to manage feelings of loss and/or grief within our lifetime. There is no right or wrong way, every person manages it in their own way. > Loss or grief is not only linked to the loss of a person but can also relate to the loss of a pet, a relationship e.g. divorce or separation. Furthermore, feelings of loss can also be experienced by being made redundant especially after a significant number of years of service or relocation, be it from one city to another or from one country to another and many more situations. > As mentioned, everyone reacts different and there is no right or wrong way. Some people will show their feelings openly others not. There is no set period or level of intensity for grief. Due to all of this, grieving can be a confusing time filled with different emotions which on top of it can be polar opposites and all of that is natural. > Are you supporting someone experiencing loss or grief and not sure how to best go about, what to do or not, what to say or not to say? If any of the above resonates, don’t continue to struggle by yourself but let’s work together. Typically, we review the situation and based on this, explore together possible paths/actions and if relevant, also environment, behaviours etc. Specifically, to grief I can support you along the journey, for example, with how to navigate the journey, manage anniversaries, managing overwhelming feelings of grief, supporting a friend experiencing loss or grief, to name some main categories
